Carl "Tom" Gledhill long time resident of Warminster passed away October 2, 2020 peacefully and is now home with his family and loved ones. He was the son of Walter and Jennie Gledhill. One of eleven children preceded in death by Walter "Yank", Margaret "Sis" DelSordo, William, Clifford, Barbara Ottey, Elsie "Jake" Finch, Mary Zerbe and Robert Gledhill. Still surviving are his two sisters Shirley Coryell and Helen Sharp.

A graduate of Upper Southampton High School Class of 1954. Tom served in the Army in Germany. After leaving the military Tommy worked for the Post Office for 30 years and part of that time was spent at the Johnsville Base Post Office. He played all sports, including hunting and fishing. He finally married "Evelyn" McFadden late in life after taking care of his mother. When she passed he moved up to Potter County. There he met his longtime partner "Joy" Glover who preceded him in death. Tom loved his dogs, his last dog Maggie Mae kept him company during the long nights in Potter. Tom enjoyed all the local s chool sports and knew all the stats. He had a passion for all sports but no one knew more about Penn State than he. He was true blue to the Nittany Lions.
Tom was always a gentleman with a huge heart and he truly loved everyone in his family. He is missed by many nieces & nephews, a brother-in-law and his good friend Charlie.

Relatives and friends will be received Saturday, October 17, 2020 after 10:00 AM until his Life Celebration Service at 10:45 AM in The Wayside Chapel, Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler, Pa.
Interment will follow.
